Since 2003, Allen has worked as a lay ministerand teacher,specializing in pastoral marriage counseling. In Nashville, he has served on the Board of the Wayne Reed Christian Childcare Center and currently sits on the boards of Faith for All Ministries  and the Operation Andrew Group. Prior to joining CUFI, Allen visited Israel twice on religious and government tours. In 2012, Allen launched Total Life Victory, an organization dedicated to teaching about the importance of the Hebraic roots of the Church.
